Some kind of involvement in sports in necessary to have a healthy mind and a healthy body. The oxygen intake will increase and the supply of oxygen to the brain will supplement it, and increase its efficiency. To build a healthy Nation sports activities should be made compulsory. Sports and games make our bodies strong and prevent us getting too fat.
